Last minute visits. Can I arrive directly and buy my ticket there without a reservation?

Reservations are required to ensure a great experience, as we have a maximum number of visitors per shift and tour schedules vary.

  • If you do not make a reservation, you risk arriving and finding us closed or the group full, which means we cannot provide the service. All tours are scheduled at a time and date that is available.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your tour time to ensure that you can enjoy the full experience.

The tour starts on time and will not be accessible once it has begun; it is all part of the same experience!

We remind you that to get there, you must drive 20 minutes on a dirt road; we recommend you follow the Google Maps instructions we will send you when you make your reservation.

Do you have a cellular or wifi signal?

Unfortunately, there is no cell signal, incoming or outgoing calls, or cellular internet, but we have wifi! However, only a wifi signal exists in a small part of the park.

What should I bring?

Your camera! You will have time to take lots of pictures.

We recommend bringing a hat or cap to protect yourself from the sun. Also, make sure that your shoes and clothes are comfortable and relaxed. Avoid high heels of any kind, as you will be walking among rocky paths, gardens and stairs.

Can I buy tickets somewhere other than your official WhatsApp or website?

Tickets on this website are sold at official retail prices. Beware of internet resellers, as their tickets may have surcharges or be invalid.

Payment methods. Do you accept credit card payments?

When you make your reservation, you can pay with a transfer, credit or debit card payment, or an Oxxo deposit.

Since there is no good cell phone signal in the area, if you have not paid for your ticket, we recommend you to bring cash or make a transfer the day before, if you are paying before arriving to the place, you can make a transfer or credit card payment.

Is there a cancellation or refund of my ticket?

Can the place be rented for events or visits with private groups?

You can rent the entire Ranchito Cascabel venue for an event. We have experience with concerts, weddings, mystic events and more.
